Development blueprints for the financier's secluded Caribbean island featured within the released materials.
Additionally featured in this new photograph disclosure appears to be a property layout for the Great St James island, found in the Caribbean US territory.
The financier acquired a smaller island - Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but acquired the more expansive adjacent island in 2016 for around $22.5 million.
The released images indicate he had formulated plans to develop the substantial island by constructing homes, an amphitheatre, an submerged workspace and a pool.
Marked on the plan is Pillsbury Sound, a waterway in the territory, marked on the bottom right.
The architectural drawing is annotated in handwritten red notes and features a key labelling different parts of the estate.
In addition to this are what appear to be an additional nine construction diagrams and construction drawings, such as layouts for boat shelters.
More documentation disclosed as part of the continuing investigative process.
